5 Tuesdays beginning February 27 – 6-8PM
A workshop for those wanting to find ways to bring your true selves more fully out into the world.
A remarkable thing about being Human is that there are always opportunities for discovering more of who we uniquely are, and finding ways to bring our true selves more fully out into the world. Personal growth often takes attention as it is easy to get caught up in day to day distractions, or live through old outdated stories about who we are and what we are about. This workshop will explore thought-provoking ways to take the inner journey and be more intentional about how to spend our precious time and energy on this earth. As Jane Austen says “We have all a better guide in ourselves, if we attend to it, than any other person can be.” Come attend to your inner guide in the company of others doing the same.
This workshop has a maximum limit of 12 participants.
Workshop Leader: Deb Sullivan
Deb is a clinical psychologist and has served as Program Director for the Cancer Support Community for over 15 years. Deb has been most influenced by the humanistic psychological perspective which focuses on the importance of self-awareness, belief in positive personal growth, and the significance of finding meaning and value in life. Resilience, mindfulness, and spirituality are significant influences, and throughout her life she has experienced the power of people coming together in groups, groups that support connection to self, others, and humanity – as well as that which is greater than oneself.
There is no fixed fee for this program, but each participant is asked to make a donation to the Meaningful Life Center.
