Led by Certified Meditation Instructor (C-MI) and Professional Artist, Chelsea Green, this silent retreat will focus on Mindfulness meditation, restorative (gentle) yoga, and art! ​

Whether or not you identify yourself as an artist, creative expression can be a spiritual practice. Art reminds us to be childlike, to trust the process, and to face our self-limiting beliefs. The Art of Mindfulness retreat will support becoming present in the moment, relinquishing attachment to results, and surrendering the fruits of our actions. ​

​This (mostly) silent retreat will focus on Mindfulness meditation, restorative (gentle) yoga, and expressive art!

Silent retreats are about much more than being silent; they can help you drop limiting beliefs, regrets and worries, and tap into a bigger vision for yourself.

After such an immersive experience, you come back to your life more grounded, more centered, and more present.

No artistic experience necessary! In fact, entering retreat with the belief that we are “not good enough” can provide fertile ground for a miraculously transformative experience. However, even experienced artists will find The Art of Mindfulness beneficial to their practice as they learn tools for seeing their subject more clearly.”
