Q - Where are you from, are you married, kids, pets?

A - I am originally from Blount County and am married to a beautiful woman named Lisa.  We share our home with two “rescue” dogs and two parrots.

Q -What do you like to do in your spare time and for fun?

A -As an award winning modeler, you can usually find me building, painting, or sculpting. I am also an avid reader, so for fun you will usually find me engaged in these activities and sharing time with my family

Q - What brought you to Alternative Health and the your field of practice?

A - After about 20 years in the martial arts (mainly hard external styles), I developed joint problems from the rigorous training.  Not wanting to give up the arts, I looked for something that was both effective AND healthy.  After some research, I settled on Proper Tai Chi Chuan and used it to rehab from a total right hip replacement about 4 years ago.  Tai  Chi is what I continue to use to maintain myself as well as to deal with a variety of other issues that may arise, such as colds, headaches, etc.
