Presidents Letter March 2015

As March begins, we are bouncing between snow, ice, rain and back again.
It’s often said of Springtime in East Tennessee, if you don’t like the weather, just wait an hour or so – it will change.  Ah, but the early daffodils are blooming and drawing my thoughts to the renewal of life and energy that is Spring.

Come celebrate renewal with us at this month's CHEO presentations for great information that will coach us into that exciting energy!   On Monday, March 9th, Carol Montgomery will share do-it-yourself tips to detoxify and refresh your living space for a happier, healthier, ecologically energized environment as you Go Green Gently.  On Wednesday March 25th, Tammy Hardin will teach Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), the self-administered tapping technique to quickly release stress and anxiety, and revitalize your positive energy.  Now is the time to Embrace the New!

All the Best of Health,

Rosemary Koziara, President 2015

Q.  Tell us about yourself.

A. I was born in New Jersey, raised in Florida, and lived in Atlanta.   My family and I worked in the entertainment business all our lives in music, film, theater, recording, etc.

During my 25 years in Knoxville, I raised and homeschooled three glorious, unique children – a daughter and two sons - all 7 years apart in age.  They all graduated college with high honors and are productive, growing pillars in society and parents of my five amazing grandchildren.  (I was a child bride). My precious 12 year old Chihuahua, Pablo, is my only baby at home now.

Q. How did you get started in your area of holistic wellness?

A. When my oldest son was an infant, he was in and out of hospitals for ten months with adverse reactions to immunizations.   The Doctor’s and I did everything we knew to do including on-going prayer, with no consistent improvement.  Being raised knowing God relationally and even seeing people restored through prayer, I did not understand this until I realized there must be a higher purpose and it was up to me to discover it.
