The Energy Awareness Circle is a gathering for everyone interested in metaphysical thought and philosophy and holistic practices.  It provides an opportunity to share new ideas beginning with an informal discussion,  followed by an energy sharing. 

Participants bring a light snack to share during discussion if they choose to. Utensils, plates, cups, napkins & tea are provided.

The format for the first hour is either General Discussion (D), Discussion on a Topic (DT) or Meditation (M) in rotation. Everyone who wishes to participate afterwards gets a turn on the table to receive an Energy treatment.
